Creamy parmesan-broccoli dip

Ingredients

2 spray(s) cooking spray

3/4 pound(s) , finely chopped (about 4 c) uncooked broccoli

10 Tbsp , divided shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup(s) low fat cream cheese

1/4 cup(s) reduced calorie mayonnaise

1/4 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese

1/4 cup(s) minced onion

2 medium clove(s) , finely chopped garlic clove(s)

1/2 tsp table salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat a 1-quart casserole or pie dish with cooking spray.

Combine all ingredients, except 2 Tbsp mozzarella cheese, in a large bowl. Spoon mixture into prepared dish and smooth into an even layer; sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Bake until top is lightly browned and dip is bubbly, 25 minutes. Serve warm with baked chips or fresh vegetables.

Notes

Use a food processor to make quick work of chopping broccoli.
